Mechanical and electrical tolerances

Contour tolerances:

  • Contour milling +/-0.1mm

Hole tolerances:

  • NPTH holes: +/- 0.05mm
  • PTH holes: +/- 0.076mm

Electrical tolerance

  • Controlled impedance: +/- 10%

Tolerance for scoring cut (V-cut)

If you have scoring on the outline of the printed circuit board, the following tolerances apply:

  • Notch angle: 30° 45° 60° 90°
  • Thickness of the central blade: 0.4 +/ -0.1mm
  • Offset from the scoring line: +/- 0.025 mm
  • Offset from the contour line: +/- 0.15 mm

and length, must be small enough for the current the conductor will carry. It is recommended that the power and force paths be larger than the signal paths. In a multi-layer board, Mechanical tolerances an internal layer may be mostly solid copper to act as a ground plane for shielding

conductive areas for electromagnetic shielding or other purposes. Each of the conductive layers tolerances Mechanical is designed with copper tracks (similar to wires on a flat surface) that provide electrical connections on that conductive layer. Another manufacturing process adds plated or metallized holes that allow interconnections between layers. PCBs

generally green in color but can have different colors: green, red, blue, white, black. Only the outer layers need to be covered with solder mask, the inner copper layers are protected by the adjacent substrate Mechanical tolerances layers. The soldering mask soldermask is made of a fluid substance like an
