Mechanical and electrical tolerances

Contour tolerances:

  • Contour milling +/-0.1mm

Hole tolerances:

  • NPTH holes: +/- 0.05mm
  • PTH holes: +/- 0.076mm

Electrical tolerance

  • Controlled impedance: +/- 10%

Tolerance for scoring cut (V-cut)

If you have scoring on the outline of the printed circuit board, the following tolerances apply:

  • Notch angle: 30° 45° 60° 90°
  • Thickness of the central blade: 0.4 +/ -0.1mm
  • Offset from the scoring line: +/- 0.025 mm
  • Offset from the contour line: +/- 0.15 mm

to the two-layer board, and often part of the internal layers are used as a ground plane or power plane, to achieve better signal integrity, higher signaling frequencies, and better power supply decoupling. In multilayer tolerances Mechanical boards, layers of material are laminated together in an alternating sandwich: copper, substrate, copper,

mask. Soldermask is generally green in color but can have different colors: green, red, blue, white, black. Only the outer layers need to be covered with solder mask, the inner copper layers are protected by the adjacent substrate layers. The soldering mask soldermask is made of a fluid substance like an

carry. It is recommended that the power and force paths be larger than the signal paths. In a multi-layer board, an Mechanical tolerances internal layer may be mostly solid copper to act as a ground plane for shielding and power return. For microwave printed circuits, transmission lines can be laid out in a planar form,
