Mechanical and electrical tolerances

Contour tolerances:

  • Contour milling +/-0.1mm

Hole tolerances:

  • NPTH holes: +/- 0.05mm
  • PTH holes: +/- 0.076mm

Electrical tolerance

  • Controlled impedance: +/- 10%

Tolerance for scoring cut (V-cut)

If you have scoring on the outline of the printed circuit board, the following tolerances apply:

  • Notch angle: 30° 45° 60° 90°
  • Thickness of the central blade: 0.4 +/ -0.1mm
  • Offset from the scoring line: +/- 0.025 mm
  • Offset from the contour line: +/- 0.15 mm

unwanted electrical contact with possible loose wires. For its function of helping to prevent solder shorts, the coating is called a solder mask. Soldermask is generally green in color but can have different colors: green, red, blue, white, tolerances Mechanical black. Only the outer layers need to be covered with solder mask, the inner

that can help users during assembly. It is used to mark component values, part numbers, test points, polarity, Mechanical tolerances etc. Screen printing does not influence the printed circuit and the possible problems that may appear may be slight discolorations due to the high temperatures for gluing

of Mechanical tolerances the first aids that allowed this modernization. The smaller and smaller dimensions and the flexibility of the printed circuit board made in recent years have greatly helped fields such as medicine and aeronautics to benefit from smaller and lighter equipment that has allowed them a high degree of development and effectiveness.
