Mechanical and electrical tolerances

Contour tolerances:

  • Contour milling +/-0.1mm

Hole tolerances:

  • NPTH holes: +/- 0.05mm
  • PTH holes: +/- 0.076mm

Electrical tolerance

  • Controlled impedance: +/- 10%

Tolerance for scoring cut (V-cut)

If you have scoring on the outline of the printed circuit board, the following tolerances apply:

  • Notch angle: 30° 45° 60° 90°
  • Thickness of the central blade: 0.4 +/ -0.1mm
  • Offset from the scoring line: +/- 0.025 mm
  • Offset from the contour line: +/- 0.15 mm

Properties of the printed circuit board

transmission lines can be laid out in a planar form, such as stripline or microstrip, with dimensions carefully controlled to ensure consistent impedance. In RF and fast switching circuits, the inductance and capacitance of the printed circuit board conductors become significant, usually unwanted, circuit elements; rather, they can be

Printed circuit soldermask

mask, tolerances Mechanical the inner copper layers are protected by the adjacent substrate layers. The soldering mask soldermask is made of a fluid substance like an ink and is applied in a thin layer similar to varnish on the entire surface of the printed circuit less on the soldering pads and it

Printed circuit board silkscreen

blue, red. Screen printing is used to render useful information tolerances Mechanical on the PCB board that can help users during assembly. It is used to mark component values, part numbers, test points, polarity, etc. Screen printing does not influence the printed circuit and the possible problems that may appear may be slight discolorations due to the
